Battery safety is a critical part of our production and quality control process. At Yaoqian Energy, battery packs undergo systematic safety inspections and testing to identify potential risks before products leave the factory.
Our quality control process covers key areas including cell consistency, BMS protection functions, electrical performance, temperature behavior, and abnormal operating conditions. For applicable battery products, thermal safety testing is carried out to evaluate the battery system's response under controlled test conditions.
We pay particular attention to:
Cell consistency and voltage inspection
BMS protection function testing
Overcharge and over-discharge protection
Short-circuit protection
Temperature monitoring and control
Charging and discharging performance
Thermal behavior under abnormal conditions
Final electrical and functional inspection
By combining process control, BMS protection, electrical testing, and final inspection, we aim to ensure that each battery system meets the required safety and performance standards before shipment.
