Quality Control

Quality control runs through every stage of our production process. From incoming battery cells and electronic components to PACK assembly and final inspection, we follow defined quality procedures to maintain product consistency and reliability.

Our QC team carries out inspections at key production stages, helping identify potential issues early and ensuring that finished products meet the required specifications before shipment.

Our quality control process includes:

  • Battery cell voltage and consistency checks

  • Component and BMS inspection

  • Assembly process inspection

  • Welding and connection quality checks

  • Charging and discharging tests

  • BMS function verification

  • Appearance and structural inspection

  • Finished product performance testing

  • Final inspection before shipment

For customized battery and energy storage products, inspection points can also be adjusted according to the product design, technical requirements, and application scenario.
